Getting started with misterhoki on mobile
Download and installation paths
We offer three ways to access misterhoki on your mobile device. Android users can download our APK file directly from our website and install it by enabling "Unknown Sources" in device settings. iOS users access misterhoki through our mobile-optimised web app, which works seamlessly in Safari or Chrome without requiring app-store installation. Desktop and tablet users can also use the web app for the same full experience.
Each path maintains the same account credentials, payment methods, and game library. Your balance, transaction history, and withdrawal requests sync across all devices in real time.

App versus browser: strengths of each
Our native Android app offers offline access to game rules, faster response times during peak traffic, and local push notifications for live-match alerts and withdrawal updates. The app caches your recent account data, so you can review your balance and transaction history even without an active internet connection. iOS users benefit from the same speed and security through our web app, which requires no installation and updates automatically each time you visit. Both paths provide two-factor authentication, encrypted password storage, and the same withdrawal-review process.
Device compatibility and system requirements
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later to access our web app. Both platforms require an active internet connection for deposits, withdrawals, and live-game access. We recommend a device with at least 100 MB of free storage for the Android app and a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) for the web app. Older devices may experience slower load times but will still function.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you encounter an "Unknown Sources" warning on Android, open your device Settings, navigate to Security or Apps, and enable installation from unknown sources. This is a standard Android security feature and does not affect the safety of the misterhoki app. If the APK file fails to download, check your internet connection and try again from a different network (mobile data instead of WiFi, or vice versa). For iOS users, if the web app does not load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then revisit the misterhoki link. If you see a certificate warning, this may indicate a network issue; try again on a different network or contact our support team.

Data, permissions, and account security on misterhoki
The misterhoki app requests permission to send notifications and access your device's storage for offline caching. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location data. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Your password is never stored on your device; instead, we use secure session tokens that expire after a period of inactivity. If you lose your device, log out remotely from another device or contact our support team to lock your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of protection, especially if you use public WiFi networks.
